Description
The Verus Engineering Turning Vane Kit for the Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 and GT350R is designed to complete the underbody aerodynamic system by creating controlled vortices that improve airflow through the factory or aftermarket rear diffuser. By better controlling airflow underneath the vehicle, the turning vanes help reduce drag and increase downforce.
The turning vanes are designed to work with the Verus Engineering Flat Underbody Panel Kit and Fender Evacuation Kit, forming the final component of the company's underbody aerodynamic package for the GT350 and GT350R. This combination helps maximize underbody aerodynamic performance while maintaining a clean, integrated appearance.
Using state-of-the-art aerodynamic analysis software during development, Verus Engineering optimized the turning vanes to extract additional performance from a typical flat underbody panel setup. CFD development was used to improve airflow control, increase downforce generation, and reduce drag.
In-house vehicle scan data was also used during development to achieve a near-OEM fit and finish.
Important Note: The Turning Vane Kit does not work without the Verus Engineering Fender Evacuation Kit and Flat Underbody Panel Kit.
