Terms and Conditions:
Shipping: We will offer a tracking number with any package. If package requires signature, customer is responsible for checking the package before signing on it. Once a package is signed, shipping carrier will not accept any claim for damaged or missing products. If order was shipped out from manufacturer directly, we are not responsible for any missing packages. All issues are to be resolved with the original shipper.
Orders might be shipped in separate shipments from different locations. If the individual shipment value is lower than $500, it will not require any signature. Customer is responsible to receive the package, it is the customer's responsibility if package is stolen from in front of their address. If you want signature on your shipments, please make sure to put that request in the comment section and we will gladly add signature to all shipments free of charge.
**Same Day Shipping: If the item is shipping from us direct, we guarantee that you will receive a tracking number within 24 business hours. We also try our best to ship it same day. If the item is being drop shipped from the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee a tracking number within 24 business hours.
**Expedited Shipping: If item is being drop shipped, we cannot guarantee a 24 business hour processing time. Selecting express shipping means that once item is ready to ship, it will ship using the upgraded shipping method. Most manufacturers require a 3-5 day processing time. Processing time is unchanged even when customer selects expedited shipping.
**Lost Packages: Our standard shipping methods do not require signature upon delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, the shipping company will leave the package in front of the customer's door. The buyer takes full responsibility if the package is stolen from in front of their house.
Tracking Packages: We offer real time tracking! As soon as your package is shipped you will get an email from us with a tracking number and estimated date of arrival. For more info you can send an email to Mike@x-ph.com .
If you do not receive any tracking info from us within 3 business days, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find any tracking number or email from our support team with an update, please call us at 725-221-1595 for an update. We want to make sure you received the tracking number so you can track your package to avoid it being stolen or lost.
Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping please send us an email before you make an order or as soon as you complete your order.
International Shipping: We offer International Shipping, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for quotes. It is 100% the customer's responsibility to know the laws if the country products are shipped to. Extreme Power House is not hold accountable in any shape or form if product is not legal in an international country. If a product shipped internationally is returned, the customer is fully resposible for all the shipping fees. Other than shipping fees, same return policy applies as to US shipping.
Damaged Items: Please inspect all contents of your package as soon as you recieve it, and inform us asap if your package is damged. We will give you 3 days to inform us if there are any damages done to your shipment.
Missing items: We also give you 3 days to inform us if anything is missing from your package.
Vehicle Fitment: In case there was a defect or fitment issue, we are more than happy to help you resolve it directly with the manufacturer.
Air Intake and CEL Code: Some air intakes will trigger a CEL code if not used with a tune. Sometimes, disconnecting MAF sensor is necessary. If you have any pre-sale question regarding intakes and which ones will require a tune, please contact us. Terms and conditions to returning an intake
1- Return is valid only if intake was purchased less than 30 days ago
2- Intake needs to be in brand new condition
3- 20% restocking fee applies
Pictures: We do our best to put actual product pictures, but please be aware that some pictures are generic. If you have any doubt please contact us before you make any purchase.
Vehicle Fitment: We do our best to make it clear which product fits which vehicle, but we are not responsible if a product does not fit your vehicle if you do not ask us first.
Returns: We offer 14 days money back guarantee (except shipping fees) on most of our products. This policy does not include all products, please check with email@example.com before making your order if you have any questions. Some products are eligible for $20 processing fee and 20% restocking.
Custom made orders are not eligible for returns.
If any product has been modified or damaged in any way, it is not eligible for return.
Methods of Payment: We accept payments directly on our website using Paypal checkout or by credit card and debit cards. We also accept payments over the phone using a credit card. To make a payment over the phone, please call 702-494-9435.
Custom Parts: We try and ship all products in stock in less than 24 hours of order completion. This does not include any custom built parts. Expect a turnaround time of 4 - 8 weeks on all custom build parts. If you are not sure if the part you are interested in is a stocked item or custom built, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before making a purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to double check if part is in stock before making a purchase. Returns are not allowed on any custom built product.
Price Match Guarantee: In order to be eligible for our price matching offer, a link of said offer must be provided. The $25 store credit does not apply to this purchase. This offer excludes prices from Ebay and Amazon.Price match guarantee is not valid on OE parts.$25 store credit Exclusions include but are not limited to Burger Tuning and Evolution Racewerks products.** We have the right to refuse to honor the price match guarantee for any reason.
Custom LED Headights: Extreme Power House will warranty any defects in the headlight options purchased for a full year. Extreme Power House will pay all the shipping and labor related to a headlight repair. Extreme Power House will not ship any headlight unless buyer has purchased shipping warranty from the carrier. We are not liable for any damages to the headlights caused by poor item handling and / or shipping. Being that this is a custom work, we will not accept any returns or exchanges. We are not liable if customer does not like the new headlights and decides he / she does not want them anymore. We warranty defective parts only. We will not warranty any headlight that were open or worked on by the customer or a third party.
Coupon Codes: Coupon codes are not valid on Burger Tuning, Evolution Racewerks products. If you have any questions about coupon codes, please contact us.
Orders: All orders will be reviewed and processed before shipping. If order does not comply with our terms and conditions mentioned above, it will be cancelled and money will be 100% refunded to the buyer.
When placing an order with Extreme Power House, direct on the website or through any of our channels (phone, Facebook, Ebay, Paypal invoice,etc..) you are fully agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of our terms and agreement, let us know as soon as possible and we will cancel the order.
If you used a credit or a debit card to place an order and decide to cancel or return for any reason, the 5% credit card fees will not be refunded. If you used Paypal this rule does not apply and you do not get charged any fees.
If you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped out, please send us an email to email@example.com .
Be aware that sending the email before item ships out does not automatically guarantee that your order will be cancelled on time. We will always try our best to stop the order before it ships out but sometimes we are not successful in doing so.
Emission: Before making any purchase from Extreme Power House you are agreeing with emission waiver stated below.
I am purchasing products from Extreme Power House LLC with the intention of using these products for Racing Competition Only. I understand that some or all of these parts may not comply with Federal, State, Province, and/or Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. I take responsibility to ensure that any modifications or upgrades that I have done to my vehicle conform to all applicable laws and regulations for road use, especially pertaining to safety and emissions. I acknowledge Extreme Power House LLC has made me aware that certain parts are intended for Racing Competition Only and not meant to be used on a road car. I absolve Extreme Power House for any and all burden of responsibility in ensuring my car satisfies regulations set forth by Federal, State, and/or Local governing agencies. This waiver of compliance shall be in force for all past, current, and future purchases from Extreme Power House LLC.
Downpipes: All downpipes sold by Extreme Power House (High flow catted or catless) are not emission legal. Extreme Power House sells downpipes for racing competition only. These products are not meant for street use. User is 100% responsible to check state and federal laws before purchasing any aftermarket product.
Downpipes High flow or catless are not legal for use (race or street) in California. By agreeing to Extreme Power House terms and conditions you pledge not to use aftermarket downpipes anywhere in CA under any conditions.
Evolution Racewerks Custom Downpipes: All Evolution Racewerks downpipes that includes EGT bung or an extra O2 sensors are custom built. Custom built orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once fabrication process starts. This apply to custom ER downpipes only. Standard ER downpipe orders can be cancelled at anytime as long as product has not shipped yet.
Milltek: Milltek exhausts are shipped from the UK. On average it takes 1-2 weeks to arrive to the US, but in some cases it takes more time. Please check with us before placing an order. Milltek order cannot be cancelled once placed.
Right Hand Drive Cars: If your car is RHD, please contact one of our sale reps before placing an order. Unless specified otherwise by the customer we ship our parts as LHD compatible only.
Extreme Powerhouse is not responsible for any malfunctions, injuries, or damages caused by products purchased from us. We are also not responsible for damages you might cause while in possession of any these products (ex: car accident). By approving our terms and conditions you agree to use our products at your own risk and take full responsibility for any damages, injuries caused by any product purchased from us.
FI & Armytrix Exhausts: Frequency Intelligent & Armytrix exhausts are sent direct from manufacturer to customer, unless stated otherwise. Since the manufacturer is outside of the US, there might be a customs charge that customer is responsible to cover upon receiving the item. These exhausts are custom orders, they takes 3-4 weeks to be delivered and cannot be cancelled once order has been processed.
Forgestar Wheels: Some Forgestar wheels are custom built. In that case the wait time is 4-5 weeks and there is a $600 surcharge. We will NOT charge your card without your approval. Please contact us when placing the order to check whether your Forgestar order is ready or custom. In case you place an order with us and its custom, we will contact you, get your approval to process the order and charge your card the $600. If you refuse, we will fully refund you what you paid us minus the 5% credit card fee.
Turbo Kits: Turbo kits have a build time of 7-10 business days. On rare occasions and due to high demand, build time for a turbo kit can take up to 3 weeks. A 20% restocking fee applies if a turbo kit order is cancelled within the 3 week build time.
Fabspeed: Fabspeed items are built to order. Build time takes up to 2 weeks.
Extreme Power has the right to refuse or cancel any order or return / exchange for any reason.
