Description
The Verus Engineering Increased AOA (Angle of Attack) Mount Kit for the Porsche 992 GT3 replaces the factory rear wing mounts and allows a greater range of adjustment with the OEM wing blade. By increasing the available angle of attack, the kit allows the factory Porsche wing to generate additional rear downforce while retaining the OEM wing blade, OEM adjustment functionality, factory appearance, and factory-like fit and feel.
The replacement mounts bolt directly to the factory carbon fiber wing blade using an OEM-style installation. Each mount is manufactured in-house from 6061-T6 aluminum using Verus Engineering's 5-axis CNC machining equipment for precise dimensions, strength, and a high-quality finish.
During development, Verus Engineering used in-house vehicle scan data and advanced aerodynamic analysis software to determine how increasing the OEM wing's angle of attack could improve aerodynamic performance.
