Description
The Verus Engineering Full Brake Cooling Kit is designed to maximize brake cooling efficiency on the Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, and Toyota GT86 while maintaining an OEM-style installation and the shortest possible airflow path.
The system uses the vehicle's OEM fog light openings as air inlets and routes high-pressure air through properly formed ducts in the inner fender area before directing it toward the center of the brake rotors. This efficient routing helps dramatically reduce rotor temperatures during track use, improving brake pad and rotor wear while increasing braking endurance.
The kit includes everything required for installation, including pre-cut high-temperature brake hoses, backing plates, inlet ducts, fender ducts, brackets, clamps, and hardware.
Verus Engineering developed the system using in-house vehicle scan data and 3D printing, resulting in a near-OEM fit and finish while optimizing the airflow path for maximum brake cooling performance.
Important: Installation requires removal of the factory windshield washer fluid reservoir. Alternative washer fluid reservoir solutions are available for vehicles where retaining washer fluid functionality is desired.

Brake Cooling Performance
The Verus Engineering Full Brake Cooling Kit is designed to move cool, high-pressure air from the front bumper directly to the center of the brake rotors. The short routing and properly positioned ducts maximize airflow efficiency while reducing unnecessary bends and restrictions.
Lower rotor temperatures can help improve brake endurance during repeated heavy braking, while also reducing heat-related wear to brake pads and rotors. This makes the system particularly suited to track-day and competition-oriented driving where consistent brake performance is critical.
Installation
The kit is designed for an OEM-style installation and can be installed in a few hours with minimal hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge. All necessary hardware, brackets, hoses, and clamps are included.
Washer Fluid Reservoir: The factory windshield washer fluid reservoir must be removed for installation. If retaining windshield washer functionality is required, an alternative washer fluid reservoir setup will be necessary.
The included steering rack limiter kit is also supplied as part of the complete installation package.
