Description
The CANchecked TCC10AS Thermocouple CAN Converter is a high-performance temperature monitoring and CAN Bus interface designed for motorsport, performance tuning, and custom vehicle electronics applications. Developed in collaboration with motorsport companies, the TCC10AS combines flexible thermocouple monitoring with a rugged billet aluminum housing and a Deutsch Autosport ASL006-05PN 5-pin female connector for CAN Bus and power connections.
The TCC10AS can connect up to 10 Type-K thermocouples, allowing multiple temperature sources to be monitored through a single compact CAN Bus converter. It is suitable for applications including exhaust gas temperature (EGT), pre- and post-intercooler temperatures, cylinder head temperature, water temperature, oil temperature, and other motorsport temperature monitoring requirements.
Unlike traditional analog temperature converters, the CANchecked TCC10AS transmits thermocouple measurements directly over CAN Bus rather than providing analog 0-5V outputs. With support for CAN 2.0A/B and WLAN connectivity for configuration and monitoring, the converter can integrate with a wide range of compatible ECUs and CAN Bus systems.
Built from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum with an anodized finish, the TCC10AS is designed to provide durability for demanding motorsport environments while maintaining a clean and professional installation. Its locking miniature Type-K connectors provide secure thermocouple connections under demanding conditions.
