Description
The ACT Mod-Twin 225 XT Rigid Race Clutch Kit is engineered for high-powered BMW applications requiring exceptional torque capacity, rapid shifting, and aggressive clutch engagement. Designed around ACT's modular twin-disc platform, this T2R-B01 Mod-Twin 225 XT Rigid Race Kit combines dual ceramic friction surfaces with a rigid Mono-Drive hub assembly to provide high heat capacity, strong torque transfer, and durability under demanding racing conditions.
The rigid Mono-Drive hub uses a solid chrome-moly construction that is heat treated for increased strength and durability while extending input shaft life through a continuous spline design. The lightweight rigid configuration is designed to support quicker shifts and consistent performance during aggressive launches and high-load driving.
Each diaphragm spring undergoes ACT's exclusive four-stage heat-treatment process to provide consistent clamping performance with light pedal effort. The puck-style ceramic friction plates offer a high coefficient of friction, excellent heat tolerance, and long service life. The twin-disc configuration increases the available friction surface while maintaining a compact 225 mm clutch diameter.
The kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, puck-style ceramic friction plates, rigid Mono-Drive hub, floater, patented Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing where required. Mod-Twin clutches are fully rebuildable, and most components are available separately for service and replacement.

Important: The fitment data you provided contains repeated applications. I consolidated the duplicates above without removing the unique year/model/chassis applications. Also, the supplied specification says Disc Material: Ceramic, while the earlier XT Sprung version you provided listed Organic in its specifications but described ceramic friction plates. For this XT Rigid Race version, I retained Ceramic exactly as provided in the current source data.
