The ACT T1RS-B05 Mod-Twin 225 HD Sprung Race Clutch Kit is designed for high-powered BMW AWD applications that demand extremely high torque capacity, aggressive launches, and fast, consistent shifting. Featuring twin ceramic friction surfaces and an ultra-durable sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, this modular twin-disc clutch delivers strong holding power while helping reduce driveline shock and torsional vibration.

Each diaphragm spring undergoes ACT's exclusive four-stage heat-treating process to provide consistent pedal feel and durability. The puck-style ceramic friction plates offer a high coefficient of friction, excellent heat capacity, and long service life under demanding racing conditions. The sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly efficiently transfers torque while helping extend input shaft life and reduce torsional shock.

The T1RS-B05 kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, puck-style ceramic friction plates, sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, floater, patented Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing when required.

The Mod-Twin platform is fully rebuildable, allowing most components to be replaced or ordered separately. With a 1,060 ft-lbs. torque capacity, this clutch is engineered for serious performance applications including drag racing, road racing, and rally racing.
