The Verus Engineering Street Front Splitter is designed to increase front-end downforce, reduce aerodynamic lift, and improve high-speed traction on the Subaru WRX/STI VA chassis. Developed with advanced aerodynamic analysis and in-house vehicle scan data, the splitter is engineered to work effectively with the Verus Engineering rear diffuser for a balanced aerodynamic package.
The Street Front Splitter is ideal for enthusiasts looking to combat front-end lift and improve vehicle stability at high speeds. By increasing front-end downforce, the splitter helps the front tires maintain greater grip during high-speed driving and track use.
During the research and development process, Verus Engineering utilized state-of-the-art aerodynamic analysis software to estimate splitter performance and optimize the relationship between the front splitter and rear diffuser. In-house 3D scan data was also used to achieve a near-OEM fit and finish.
For vehicles regularly exceeding 100 MPH, Verus Engineering recommends adding the Front Splitter Tie Kit (PN A0057A) to provide additional support for high-speed use.
