Description
The Verus Engineering Full Brake Cooling Kit is designed to maximize brake cooling efficiency on the Toyota GR Corolla by delivering a direct path for high-pressure air to the center of the brake rotor. Built with an OEM-style approach and optimized for the shortest possible routing, this system helps provide more consistent brake performance during aggressive street driving and track use.
The kit uses 3D-printed carbon nylon inlet ducts that bolt directly to the factory bumper to capture fresh, high-pressure airflow. From there, pre-cut high-temperature silicone hoses route the air to stainless steel backing plates equipped with dedicated ducts that direct airflow directly into the center of the rotor.
Using in-house scan data during development, Verus Engineering designed the components for a near-OEM fit and finish while maintaining the necessary clearance around the wheel and braking components. The result is a functional brake cooling system that can be installed with common hand tools and without extensive fabrication.
By increasing the amount of cool air directed toward the center of the rotor, the Full Brake Cooling Kit helps improve brake cooling capacity, promote more consistent braking performance, and increase the braking system's ability to withstand repeated hard use.
Note: Verus Engineering highly recommends replacing the axle nuts during installation. OEM axle nuts can be added separately where available.

SCIENCE & PERFORMANCE
The Verus Engineering Full Brake Cooling Kit captures high-pressure airflow from the front bumper and redirects it toward the center of the brake rotor. Delivering cool air directly to this area increases the cooling capacity of the braking system and helps manage temperatures during repeated braking events.
The carbon nylon inlet ducts are designed to maintain proper wheel clearance while efficiently routing airflow through the high-temperature silicone brake hoses. The stainless steel backing plates and integrated ducts further direct airflow into the center of the rotor for improved cooling performance.
By increasing brake cooling capacity, the system is designed to support higher and more consistent braking performance, reduce heat-related performance degradation, and improve the overall driving experience during demanding street and track use.
