Description
The CANchecked TMC04 Tire Temperature Monitoring Set - Wired is a complete four-sensor infrared temperature monitoring solution designed for accurate, real-time tire temperature measurement in motorsport, racing, track-day, and high-performance automotive applications. Using a direct wired connection, the system provides reliable power, signal, and CAN communication in demanding environments where dependable data monitoring is essential.
The TMC04 includes four TMC01 multi-channel infrared temperature sensors, with one sensor positioned at each corner of the vehicle. Each sensor provides 16 configurable temperature measurement channels and an adjustable refresh rate of up to 64Hz, allowing detailed and responsive tire temperature data to be monitored during high-performance driving.
Designed with motorsport-focused durability, each sensor features a rugged aluminum/polyamide housing and an IP66 protection rating. The sensors measure temperatures from -40°C to +900°C and provide high-precision measurements with a wide field of view, making the system suitable for monitoring tire temperature distribution during racing and track use.
The CANchecked TMC04 is supplied with the required sensor cables and DTM connector hardware, providing a complete four-corner wired tire temperature monitoring setup. A sensor protection lens kit is also available separately for additional protection in demanding environments.
