Design & Construction
The ZAERO EVO-1 body kit was developed specifically around the design language of the BMW 1 Series F40.
Rather than completely replacing the factory styling, the EVO-1 package adds carefully shaped exterior components that extend the visual lines of the vehicle and create a more aggressive overall stance.
ZAERO places particular emphasis on fitment accuracy and clean panel gaps during the development process. The components are manufactured from ABS plastic and supplied in gloss black, allowing the complete package to be installed without requiring additional refinishing.
Installation
The EVO-1 body kit is supplied with the required installation material and detailed instructions.
The rear diffuser uses a plug-and-play mounting concept and is designed to fit in the factory diffuser location. ZAERO states that, with sufficient installation experience, the rear bumper does not need to be removed and a lifting platform is not required.
The front splitter and side skirt extensions are supplied with their respective fastening hardware. Professional installation is recommended to achieve the best possible fit and finish.

The current ZAERO catalog identifies the body kit and its components within the 2019–2023 F40 model range. The component applications should also be checked against the vehicle's exact engine/model and rear bumper configuration before ordering.
The rear wing shown or offered separately by ZAERO is not part of this body kit.
