Description
The ZAERO Design EVO-1 Gloss Black Side Skirts are designed to give the BMW 1 Series F40 a sportier, more aggressive side profile while maintaining a clean OEM+ appearance.
ZAERO Design developed the EVO-1 side skirts with a combination of subtle factory-inspired lines and additional styling details. The result is a lower, more purposeful visual stance that adds aggression without making the F40 look overly modified.
Manufactured in Germany from high-quality ABS plastic, the side skirts are CNC-moulded for precise and consistent fitment. The gloss black finish complements the factory bodywork and works particularly well with other exterior styling upgrades.

Design & Installation
The ZAERO EVO-1 Side Skirts are CNC-moulded to achieve accurate fitment against the F40 bodywork. Their design follows the factory side profile while introducing additional lines and details for a more aggressive appearance.
ZAERO supplies the side skirts with the necessary bolts and screws for installation. For home installation, having two people available is recommended to help align the side skirts correctly along the vehicle, although installation can be completed by one person with appropriate care.
