Description
The ZAERO Design EVO-1 Front Splitter is designed to give the BMW 1 Series F40 a wider, sportier, and more aggressive appearance while maintaining a clean, OEM-inspired design.
Developed with both OEM styling and aggressive aesthetics in mind, the EVO-1 Front Splitter follows the factory lines of the F40 front bumper for a seamless, integrated appearance. The splitter extends slightly beyond the original bumper profile, adding a more purposeful look that works equally well for street styling and performance-focused builds.
The component is supplied in a gloss black finish and manufactured in Germany by ZAERO Design. Its precise fitment and OEM-standard development allow it to complement the original F40 bodywork without looking out of place.

Design & Construction
The ZAERO Design EVO-1 Front Splitter was developed specifically around the design language of the BMW F40.
Its contours follow the factory bumper lines while extending the lower front profile slightly outward. This creates a more aggressive appearance without introducing an overly aftermarket or disconnected design.
The splitter is manufactured in Germany and developed according to OEM standards, with an emphasis on precise fitment, consistent panel gaps, and a clean finished appearance.
Installation
The EVO-1 Front Splitter is supplied in gloss black with the required fastening material and installation instructions.
ZAERO recommends the bumper-removal installation method outlined in its installation instructions for the best fit and secure installation. The splitter can also be installed using self-tapping screws.
For high-speed driving, ZAERO recommends additionally securing the splitter surface with suitable bonding adhesive.
