Material & Construction
The Verus Engineering Turbo Heat Shield is constructed from 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel sheet metal for durability and resistance to the high temperatures generated by the B58 turbocharger and exhaust manifold.
The components are CNC laser cut and CNC press-brake formed to achieve accurate mounting locations and consistent geometry. The finished heat shield is coated in high-temperature Cerakote, providing additional protection in the demanding turbocharger environment.
Installation
The kit is designed for a simple bolt-on installation using the included stainless steel hardware. The heat shield was developed using internal scan data from the A90 Supra to provide OE-like fitment around the factory turbo and manifold area.
Professional installation is recommended for customers who are not familiar with working around turbocharger and exhaust components.
