Using advanced aerodynamic analysis software during development, Verus Engineering optimized the UCW airfoil within the available design envelope, with the aerodynamic profile derived from the proven V1X platform. Extensive Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was then used to ensure the wing receives clean airflow when installed on the vehicle and performs effectively in real-world conditions.
Verus Engineering developed the wing using in-house vehicle scan data, allowing the mounting system and overall design to achieve a near-OEM fit and finish. The sleek mounting hardware follows the natural lines of the BRZ and GR86 while providing a large mounting footprint for improved load distribution and structural strength.
