The Morimoto XRGB Evo LED Headlights are a premium lighting upgrade designed for Ford Super Duty trucks, combining high-performance Bi-LED projector technology with advanced RGB customization and aggressive modern styling. Engineered specifically for Ford Super Duty F-250, F-350, and F-450 models from 2017-2019, these headlights deliver exceptional visibility, advanced functionality, and premium OE-level fitment.
Built around Morimoto’s latest generation of Bi-LED projector technology, the XRGB Evo headlights utilize four advanced Bi-LED projectors per headlight to produce an extremely bright and wide low beam pattern alongside a powerful high beam output. Powered by OE-grade Nichia LEDs from Japan, the system is engineered for high efficiency, durability, and consistent performance under demanding driving conditions.
A major highlight of the XRGB Evo platform is the Bluetooth-controlled RGB daytime running light system. Through the Morimoto XBT app, users can customize the DRL color to virtually any shade imaginable for a fully personalized appearance. When RGB mode is not active, the DRLs can also operate in either white or amber at full brightness without sacrificing intensity or performance.
The proprietary Signal Swap system allows additional customization through plug-and-play mode selectors located on the rear of each headlight. Users can configure the turn signals for either sequential sweeping operation or traditional on-off functionality with an elegant fade-off effect. The startup welcome sequence further enhances the premium appearance by illuminating the optics in a multi-stage pattern during vehicle startup.
The XRGB Evo headlights are designed with both performance and installation quality in mind. The projector optics are engineered to provide excellent output while remaining within DOT and FMVSS108 photometric guidelines for beam control and glare. However, due to the RGB daytime running lights and smoked side markers, these headlights are not DOT compliant for public road use in the USA or Canada when operating in RGB mode.
For off-road enthusiasts seeking even greater output, optional Supercharged LED drivers can increase both low and high beam intensity by approximately 30%, creating one of the brightest available headlight solutions for the Super Duty platform. These upgraded drivers are intended strictly for off-road use due to increased beam intensity levels.
