Important: A valid MG Flasher Flasher License is required to flash any OTS or custom maps.


Vehicle Requirements

  • Only MINI models equipped with the MG1 ECU are supported

ECU Compatibility & Unlock Requirements

  • ECUs manufactured July 2020 and newer are supported with bench unlock (Femto or AutoTuner)
  • ECU must be sent to an authorized unlock provider or unlocked by a qualified third-party tuner
  • Some ECU software versions may require Bench OBD Unlock
  • Unlock services are not included and may incur additional costs from third-party providers

Note: On-the-fly features are currently supported only on F-Series Gen 1 B58 vehicles. Hybrid and Gen 2 systems are under development. Temporary adjustments are available during flashing (15–20 seconds via ENET). Ethanol switchable maps will return in a future update with full on-the-fly capability.


Transmission Limiter Information

Gen 2 Vehicles

This software uses advanced torque modeling without altering factory transmission logic.

Factory torque limits:

  • B58: 550 Nm (400 lb-ft)
  • B48: 440 Nm (325 lb-ft)

The system allows torque limiter adjustment up to 1000 Nm through proprietary calibration, configurable within the application.


Gen 1 Vehicles (8HP50 Transmission)

These vehicles include a factory transmission torque limiter. For best performance and torque smoothness:

  • Increase limiter using xHP Flashtool, or
  • Have transmission ECU limits recalibrated by a professional tuner

Software Integrity Features

  • CVN (Checksum Verification Number) remains unchanged
  • Flash counter remains untouched
  • Designed for reduced detectability at dealer-level diagnostics
