Vehicle Compatibility
Only MINI models equipped with the MG1 ECU are supported.
Vehicle ECU compatibility should be confirmed before purchase. If you are unsure which ECU is installed in your MINI, please verify compatibility prior to ordering.
ECU Compatibility & Unlock Requirements
- ECUs manufactured July 2020 and newer are supported with a bench unlock performed by Femto or AutoTuner.
- ECU must be sent to an unlock provider or unlocked by a qualified third-party tuner using appropriate tools.
- Recent software updates may require Bench OBD Unlock.
- Bench unlock services are not included and may incur additional charges from the service provider.
