FactionFab V2 High-Carbon Slotted Brake Rotors
FactionFab V2 Brake Rotors are manufactured from G11H18 high-carbon iron alloy for excellent heat dissipation, durability, and consistent braking performance. Precision-machined F-design slots help evacuate brake dust and gases from the friction surface, helping maintain consistent pad contact during repeated braking.
The rotors are precision-machined using double-disc grinding to provide accurate thickness and a consistent surface finish. Each rotor is also mill balanced to help minimize vibration and deliver smooth braking performance.
A full Geomet zinc coating is applied to the inside and outside surfaces for enhanced corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
The rotors are dual-drilled for 5x100 and 5x114 applications, depending on the specific application, and feature threaded M8 removal holes to simplify rotor removal during brake service. Each rotor is clearly stamped with its part number and minimum thickness for convenient inspection.

The included FactionFab stainless steel brake lines replace the factory rubber lines with a model-specific stainless steel construction designed to provide a more direct and consistent brake-pedal response.
Factory rubber brake lines can flex and expand under hydraulic pressure and heat. The stainless steel construction helps minimize this expansion, allowing more direct pressure transfer from the brake pedal to the caliper and providing improved pedal feedback.
The lines feature a PTFE Teflon inner liner, stainless steel woven reinforcement, and a clear PCV protective outer coating designed to resist abrasion, impact, and chafing.

FactionFab CP3 Grade 2 Titanium Brake Shims
The included FactionFab Titanium Brake Shims are designed to help reduce heat transfer from the brake pads into the caliper pistons during aggressive street driving, autocross, and track use.
Repeated heavy braking creates significant heat within the braking system. Excessive heat transfer into the caliper can increase brake-fluid temperatures and contribute to brake fade. The titanium shims create a thermal barrier between the brake pad and caliper piston, helping reduce this heat transfer.
The shims are manufactured from CP3 / Grade 2 Titanium, which has low thermal conductivity compared with steel. Each shim is 1.0mm thick, providing additional insulation between the brake pad and caliper piston.
