FactionFab V2 Brake Rotors are manufactured from G11H18 high-carbon iron alloy to provide excellent heat dissipation, durability, and consistent braking performance. The precision-machined F-design slots help evacuate brake dust and gases from the braking surface, supporting consistent pad contact during repeated or high-temperature braking.
Each rotor is precision-machined using double-disc grinding to achieve accurate thickness and a consistent surface finish. The rotors are also mill balanced to help minimize vibration and provide smooth, predictable braking performance.
A full Geomet zinc coating is applied to both the inside and outside surfaces of each rotor, providing enhanced corrosion resistance and helping maintain the rotor's appearance over time.
The rotors feature a 326mm diameter and are dual-drilled for 5x100 and 5x114 applications, depending on the specific application. Threaded M8 removal holes are included to make rotor removal easier during maintenance and servicing.

The included FactionFab Stainless Steel Front Brake Lines replace the factory rubber brake lines with model-specific stainless steel lines designed to provide a more direct and consistent brake-pedal response.
Factory rubber brake lines can expand and deform under pressure and heat, contributing to a softer pedal feel. The stainless steel construction helps minimize this expansion, allowing more direct transfer of hydraulic pressure from the brake pedal to the caliper.
The lines use a PTFE Teflon inner liner, stainless steel woven reinforcement, and a protective clear PCV outer coating designed to resist abrasion, impact, and chafing.
Each line is 4500 psi burst-pressure tested and designed specifically for the applicable vehicle for proper fitment.

The included FactionFab Titanium Brake Shims provide a thermal barrier between the brake pad and caliper piston, helping reduce heat transfer into the caliper and brake fluid during aggressive braking.
During autocross and track driving, repeated heavy braking can generate significant heat. Excessive heat transfer into the caliper can raise brake-fluid temperatures and potentially contribute to brake fade. The titanium shims are designed to reduce this heat transfer and help maintain more consistent braking performance.
Manufactured from 6AL-4V / Grade 5 Titanium, the shims are 1.0mm thick and offer lower thermal conductivity than steel. This allows the shim to act as an insulating barrier between the pad and caliper piston.
