Each rotor is precision-machined using double-disc grinding to achieve accurate thickness and a consistent surface finish. The rotors are also mill balanced to help minimize vibration and provide smooth braking performance.
For enhanced corrosion resistance, every FactionFab V2 Brake Rotor features a full Geomet zinc coating applied to both the inside and outside surfaces. The rotors are dual-drilled for 5x100 and 5x114 applications, depending on the specific application, and feature threaded M8 removal holes for easier servicing and rotor removal.
Each rotor is clearly stamped with its part number and minimum allowable thickness for convenient inspection and maintenance.
