FactionFab V2 Rear Brake Rotors are manufactured from G11H18 high-carbon iron alloy to provide excellent heat dissipation, durability, and consistent braking performance. Precision-machined F-design slots help evacuate brake dust and gases from the friction surface, supporting consistent pad contact during repeated braking.
Each rotor is double-disc ground for accurate thickness and a precise surface finish and is mill balanced to help minimize vibration and provide smooth braking performance.
A full Geomet zinc coating is applied to both the inside and outside surfaces to improve corrosion resistance and help maintain the rotor's appearance over time.
These rotors feature a 290mm diameter and are dual-drilled for 5x100 and 5x114 applications, depending on the specific application. Threaded M8 removal holes make rotor removal and servicing easier.

The included FactionFab Stainless Steel Rear Brake Lines replace the factory rubber brake lines with model-specific stainless steel lines designed to provide a more direct and consistent brake-pedal response.
Factory rubber brake lines can flex, expand, and deform under pressure and heat. The stainless steel construction helps minimize this expansion, allowing more direct hydraulic pressure transfer from the brake pedal to the rear calipers and providing improved pedal feedback.
The lines feature a PTFE Teflon inner liner, stainless steel woven reinforcement, and a clear PCV protective outer coating designed to resist abrasion, impact, and chafing.

FactionFab CP3 Grade 2 Titanium Brake Shims
The included FactionFab Titanium Rear Brake Shims are designed to help reduce heat transfer from the brake pads into the rear caliper pistons during aggressive driving, autocross, and track use.
Repeated heavy braking generates significant heat that can transfer into the caliper and brake fluid. Excessive brake-fluid temperatures can contribute to brake fade and reduced braking performance. The titanium shims act as a thermal barrier between the brake pad and caliper piston, helping reduce this heat transfer.
The shims are manufactured from CP3 / Grade 2 Titanium, which offers low thermal conductivity compared with steel. Each shim is 1.0mm thick, providing additional insulation between the brake pad and caliper piston.
The Grade 2 titanium construction is designed to provide effective thermal protection while being more easily formed than Grade 5 titanium.
