The CANchecked BMU01 Brake Temperature Single Replacement Monitor is a wireless, WiFi-enabled infrared temperature sensor designed for precise brake temperature monitoring in high-performance street and motorsport applications. Designed as a single replacement sensor, the BMU01 is used individually at each vehicle corner as part of a complete four-sensor brake temperature monitoring system.

Featuring advanced multi-channel infrared measurement and wireless communication, the CANchecked BMU01 can monitor brake disc temperatures in real time and transmit temperature data through the CANchecked wireless monitoring system. With configurable measurement channels and refresh rates of up to 50Hz, it provides detailed temperature information for track testing, brake development, and performance monitoring.

The compact and rugged aluminum/polyamide housing is IP65 rated and designed to withstand demanding motorsport environments. A built-in 250mAh rechargeable battery provides up to 15 hours of active track use per charge, while USB-C charging makes the sensor convenient to recharge between sessions.

The BMU01 is ideal as a replacement for a single sensor in a CANchecked BMU04 brake temperature monitoring setup. The complete BMU04 system uses four BMU01 sensors, with one sensor positioned at each vehicle corner.
