The Type-AR Rear Valance is manufactured using a vacuum-infused process with 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth, providing a consistent weave pattern and an excellent carbon-to-resin ratio for increased stiffness and strength.
The surface is finished with a marine-grade gel coat containing UV inhibitors and polished to a high-luster finish. This helps protect the carbon fiber surface from UV exposure while providing the premium gloss appearance expected from Anderson Composites.
Designed for the OE Premium rear bumper, the valance requires the rear bumper to be removed for installation. The OE Premium bumper must also be cut along a seam to accommodate the valance. Mounting tabs may require modifications and minor adjustments during the normal installation process.
