The Type-AR rear valance is manufactured using a vacuum-infused process with premium 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth. This construction provides a consistent carbon fiber weave while maintaining excellent stiffness and strength. The carbon fiber surface is finished with a marine-grade gel coat containing UV inhibitors, which is applied and polished to provide a high-luster finish while helping protect the surface from UV exposure.
The valance is designed to mount using OE hardware, although factory mounting hardware is not included. Removing the rear bumper is recommended for the best installation results and to provide proper access to the mounting points. Additional clips or hardware may be required, and minor modifications or adjustments to the mounting tabs may be necessary during installation.
