Description
Upgrade the factory hot-side charge piping on your 2024–2026 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost with the aFe POWER BladeRunner Aluminum Hot Charge Pipe. Designed as a high-flow replacement for the restrictive factory hot-side charge pipe, this performance upgrade uses TIG-welded, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing to improve airflow, reduce turbulence, and minimize pressure loss between the turbocharger and engine.
The BladeRunner hot charge pipe is engineered to provide up to 20% greater airflow than the factory charge pipe, helping create a smoother and more efficient path for compressed air. The improved airflow design can support increased power potential and lower charge-air operating temperatures.
High-Flow Aluminum Construction
The hot charge pipe features a smooth 2" to 2-1/2" diameter transition designed to improve airflow through the turbocharged system. Mandrel-bent aluminum construction maintains smooth internal transitions while reducing turbulence and pressure loss.
TIG-welded construction provides strength and durability for demanding performance applications.
Premium Hardware
The kit includes stainless-steel SmartSeal clamps and heavy-duty 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone couplings for a secure and durable connection. A factory-style quick-connect fitting with an O-ring provides a reliable connection to the compatible factory plumbing.
Sensor and Water-Methanol Ports
An integrated 1/8" NPT port provides a convenient connection point for compatible sensors or water-methanol injection equipment, making the charge pipe suitable for performance-oriented applications.
