Upgrade the factory charge-air plumbing on your 2024–2026 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost with the aFe POWER BladeRunner Aluminum Hot and Cold Charge Pipe Kit in textured red. Designed to replace the restrictive factory charge pipes, this performance system uses TIG-welded, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing to improve airflow, reduce turbulence, and minimize pressure loss between the turbocharger and engine.
The BladeRunner charge pipe kit provides increased airflow on both the hot and cold sides. The hot-side pipe flows up to 20% more than the factory charge pipe, while the cold-side pipe flows up to 11% more, helping optimize the charge-air path for improved performance and airflow efficiency.
High-Flow Aluminum Construction
The BladeRunner system uses smooth, mandrel-bent aluminum pipes engineered to provide more efficient airflow than the restrictive factory plumbing. The hot side features a 2" to 2-1/2" transition, while the cold side uses a 3-1/2" to 2-3/4" transition.
Smooth internal transitions help reduce turbulence and pressure loss, providing a more efficient path for compressed air from the turbocharger to the engine.
Premium Hardware
The kit includes stainless-steel SmartSeal clamps and heavy-duty 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone couplings for strength and durability. A factory-style quick-connect fitting with an O-ring provides a secure connection to the compatible factory plumbing.
Sensor and Water-Methanol Ports
Integrated 1/8" NPT ports provide connection points for compatible sensors or water-methanol injection systems, making the charge pipe kit suitable for a variety of performance applications.
