Design & Construction
The ZAERO EVO-1 Body Kit was developed specifically to complement the aggressive factory character of the Golf 7.5 R while adding a more distinctive and performance-oriented appearance.
ZAERO places particular emphasis on fitment accuracy during development, allowing the individual components to integrate cleanly with the original Golf bodywork. The components are manufactured in Germany from high-quality ABS plastic and supplied in a gloss black finish.
The result is a complete exterior package that enhances the Golf 7.5 R without compromising its OEM-inspired styling.
Installation
The body kit is supplied ready for installation in gloss black and includes the appropriate mounting material and detailed installation instructions.
The EVO-1 rear diffuser uses a plug-and-play mounting solution designed to install similarly to the original diffuser, while the EVO-1 side skirts use supplied 3M adhesive together with original screw points.
The front splitter requires 1K-PU body adhesive, which is not included with the front splitter and is available separately.
Professional installation is recommended for the best fit and finish.
