Design & Construction
The ZAERO EVO-1 body kit was developed to enhance the sporty character of the BMW 1 Series F20/F21 without completely changing the vehicle's original design language.
The front splitter adds a more defined lower front profile, while the side skirt extensions visually lower and lengthen the vehicle's sides. The rear diffuser adds a more purposeful appearance to the rear bumper, and the rear spoiler lip completes the package with a subtle performance-inspired finishing touch.
ZAERO manufactures its components from high-quality ABS plastic and focuses on precise construction and fitment. The components are supplied in gloss black, allowing the body kit to be installed without requiring additional painting.
Installation
The body kit is supplied with installation instructions and the appropriate mounting hardware.
ZAERO recommends using the bumper-removal installation method when installing the front splitter, as outlined in its installation instructions.
The front splitter requires 1K-PU body adhesive, which is not included with the product and can be ordered separately.
The side skirt extensions are supplied with the appropriate fastening material, while the rear diffuser is designed for plug-and-play installation on the compatible M135i/M-Pack rear bumper.
Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper alignment, secure mounting, and the best possible final appearance.
Important Fitment Notice
This ZAERO EVO-1 Full Body Kit is intended for the BMW 1 Series F20/F21 Pre-LCI, with the front splitter and rear diffuser requiring the appropriate M Package/M135i configuration.
The current ZAERO catalog identifies the Pre-LCI platform as 2011–2015 for the relevant M135i body-kit application. The side skirt extensions and rear spoiler have broader F20/F21 compatibility extending into later LCI models, but those broader applications do not mean the complete Pre-LCI body kit is interchangeable with LCI vehicles.
