Developed by ZAERO Design, the EVO-1 body kit combines front, side, and rear exterior styling components into a cohesive package designed for the facelift BMW 1 Series.
ZAERO focuses on precise vehicle-specific fitment during development to achieve accurate panel gaps and clean integration with the factory bodywork. The components are manufactured in Germany from high-quality ABS plastic and supplied ready for installation in a gloss black finish.

Important Fitment Note: The front splitter and rear diffuser have different model-specific applications. The M135i/M140i rear diffuser is not the same application as the diffuser for 116/118/120/125 models, so the correct configuration must be selected for the vehicle.

Design & Construction
The ZAERO EVO-1 Body Kit was developed to complement the factory styling of the BMW 1 Series F20/F21 LCI while giving the vehicle a more distinctive and aggressive appearance.
ZAERO emphasizes precision during the construction process to achieve accurate fitment and clean panel gaps. The components are manufactured in Germany from high-quality ABS plastic and supplied in a gloss black finish.
The individual components work together as a unified exterior package, giving the F20/F21 a more cohesive performance-oriented appearance.
Installation
The body kit is supplied ready for installation in gloss black and includes the applicable mounting material and detailed installation instructions.
For the EVO-1 Front Splitter, ZAERO recommends following its specified installation procedure, with bumper removal recommended for the installation process.
The front splitter requires 1K-PU body adhesive, which is not included and can be ordered separately. The side skirt extensions also require body adhesive, which is supplied separately.
Professional installation is recommended for the best possible fit and finish.
