EVO 3 Intercooler Upgrade Kit (200001136):
Designed to provide exceptional cooling and performance, the high-performance intercooler boasts core dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (stepped) = 16,500 cm³. This results in an 84% larger inflow area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The advanced competition intercooler core ensures optimal airflow to adjacent components like the water cooler, utilizing a high-quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators.
The cast aluminum end boxes are optimized through CFD system flow analyses, featuring integrated air baffles at the inlet for even charge air distribution. This design offers excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure, ideal for racing applications. All intercoolers include an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties, ensuring long-lasting performance and optimal cooling.
The intercooler and the original crossbar form a stable unit, weighing just 11.7 kg, and can be easily installed using the original mounting points. Tested and pressure-resistant up to 6 bar, this intercooler is a direct replacement for the OEM unit.
