The Competition intercooler features a high-efficiency Tube Fin core with internal turbulators, ensuring maximum heat transfer and optimized charge air cooling. With a 134% larger inflow area and 105% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler, intake air temperatures are significantly reduced, allowing for more consistent power delivery and improved engine performance.
Despite its substantial increase in size and cooling capability, the intercooler weighs only 9.5 kg, minimizing added vehicle weight. The cast aluminum end tanks are CFD-optimized to reduce backpressure while maintaining excellent airflow. Each intercooler is finished with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that also provides superior heat dissipation for long-term durability and performance stability.
