Description
The Verus Engineering 6-Port Turbo Heat Shield & AOS Bundle for the Mk5 Toyota Supra combines three complementary components in one performance-focused package: a 6-port turbo heat shield, Air Oil Separator (AOS), and resonator delete.
Designed for the B58-powered Mk5 Supra, this bundle addresses heat management, crankcase oil separation, engine bay organization, and intake system cleanliness. Since these components are located in the same area of the engine bay, Verus Engineering developed this package as a convenient solution for enthusiasts looking to improve multiple aspects of their Supra at once.
The Turbo Heat Shield is designed to protect surrounding components and the engine bay from turbocharger heat. It is manufactured from 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel sheet metal, CNC laser cut and CNC press brake formed for precise fitment. The shield is finished in high-temperature Cerakote and was developed using internal vehicle scan data to achieve an OEM-like fit.
The included Air Oil Separator (AOS) helps prevent blow-by oil from entering the intake system. Oil contamination in the intake can reduce effective octane, potentially contributing to detonation, carbon buildup, and reduced engine performance. The AOS uses four 5-micron coalescent filters, internal baffling, and stainless mesh to provide effective crankcase air filtration and oil separation.
The AOS features large-diameter hoses to help minimize pressure drop and specifically molded silicone hoses for a straightforward installation. Its compact design allows it to integrate cleanly into the Mk5 Supra engine bay.
The included Resonator Delete completes the package by creating additional room for the AOS while covering the opening left by the factory resonator. It is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and provides a clean, finished appearance.
When installed together, the Verus Engineering Turbo Heat Shield & AOS Bundle provides improved turbo heat management, cleaner intake airflow, reduced potential for oil contamination, and a more organized engine bay.
This bundle is compatible with Pure800 turbo upgrades.

The included Verus Engineering Resonator Delete is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is designed to complement the AOS installation.
The resonator delete creates the necessary room for the Air Oil Separator while covering the opening left behind after removal of the factory resonator. This provides a cleaner and more finished appearance while allowing the complete bundle to integrate neatly within the engine bay.
