The Verus Engineering 2-Port Turbo Heat Shield & AOS Bundle for the 2020 Mk5 Toyota Supra combines three complementary components into one convenient performance package: a 2-port turbo heat shield, Air Oil Separator (AOS), and resonator delete.

Designed specifically around the 2020 3.0L B58 configuration, this bundle helps address turbocharger heat, crankcase oil contamination, intake cleanliness, and engine bay organization. Since all three components occupy the same localized area, Verus Engineering developed this package as an efficient solution for Supra enthusiasts looking to improve multiple aspects of their engine bay with one upgrade.

The Turbo Heat Shield is manufactured from 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel sheet metal, CNC laser cut and CNC press brake formed for precise fitment. The heat shield is finished in high-temperature Cerakote for improved durability and heat rejection. It was developed using internal vehicle scan data to achieve an OEM-like fit and finish while providing excellent coverage of the turbine and turbocharger area.

The included Air Oil Separator (AOS) is designed to help prevent blow-by oil from entering the intake system. Oil contamination in the intake can reduce effective octane, potentially contributing to detonation, carbon buildup, and reduced engine performance.

The Verus Engineering AOS uses four 5-micron coalescent filters, internal baffling, and stainless mesh to provide effective crankcase air filtration and oil separation. Large-diameter hoses help minimize pressure drop, while the included preformed silicone hoses make installation straightforward.

The bundle also includes the Verus Engineering Resonator Delete, which is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. It creates room for the AOS while covering the opening left behind by the factory resonator, providing a cleaner and more finished appearance in the engine bay.

When used together, the components provide improved thermal management, reduced potential for heat soak, improved crankcase oil separation, and a cleaner intake system while giving the engine bay a more organized and performance-oriented appearance.
