Description

Transform your BMW vehicle from a 5×112 M14x1.25 lug pattern to a 5×114 configuration with our VTT TITANIUM Wheel Stud Conversion Kit. Perfect for those looking to expand their wheel options and reduce weight by up to 60% compared to steel alternatives. This kit features Grade 5 Titanium studs and nuts, renowned for their superior strength and durability. With a tensile strength rating of over 135,000 PSI, these studs offer both reliability and performance. The kit converts your wheel studs to M12x1.5, accommodating 5×114 wheels without additional modifications.

Product Features:

  • High-Strength Titanium: Made from Grade 5 Titanium, rated at over 135,000 PSI tensile strength.
  • Lightweight Design: Reduces wheel stud weight by up to 60% compared to steel options.
  • Conversion Kit: Converts from M14x1.25 to M12x1.5 wheel studs, allowing fitment of 5×114 wheels.
  • 60-Degree Cone Seat: Grade 5 Titanium nuts with a 60-degree cone seat, compatible with most aftermarket wheels.
  • Easy Installation: No wobble bolts or redrilling required. Simply install the studs and use the lug nuts to center the wheel.

Kit Includes:

  • 10 or 20 Titanium M14x1.25 to M12x1.5 Conversion Wheel Studs
  • 10 or 20 Titanium M12x1.5 19mm Opened-Ended Lug Nuts

Fitment:

  • Fits BMW vehicles with M14x1.25 wheel studs.
  • Compatible with wheels drilled M14x1.25 only. Will not work for wheels drilled M12x1.5.

Installation Notes:

  • No Hub-Centering Sleeves: Do not use hub-centering sleeves with these conversion studs. The lug nuts will center the wheels. The use of center sleeves may lead to stud breakage.
  • Installation Procedure: Snug each lug up slowly in a star pattern to ensure proper centering on the lugs. Failure to do so can lead to stud failure.
  • Torque Specifications: Apply Loctite to the short thread end of the studs and torque to 20 ft/lb. Lug nuts should be torqued to OEM specifications. Retorque all hardware (studs and nuts) after 25-50 miles for safety.
