The Unitronic Turbo-Back Exhaust System for Volkswagen GTI MK7 and MK7.5 2.0 TSI EA888.3 is designed to deliver maximum performance, durability, and sound refinement. Precision-engineered through CFD optimization, this system integrates a 5” GESi UHO+ catalytic converter, 3” T304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing, and T316 stainless steel v-band flanges for superior flow, reliability, and fitment.
Developed with extensive R&D and road testing, this exhaust provides a perfect balance of performance and comfort. Inside the cabin, sound remains refined and unobtrusive, while outside it delivers a deep, aggressive exhaust tone.
The system incorporates sound reflection chamber technology to cancel unwanted frequencies and sound absorption technology with high-density fiberglass wool for a smooth, resonant tone. A straight-through muffler design reduces back pressure, while the 3.5” double-walled polished exhaust tips, engraved with the Unitronic logo, add a premium finish.
