At its core, the exhaust features a CFD-optimized upper downpipe section paired with a GESi 5” UHO+ 400 CPSI high-flow catalytic converter, designed to meet or exceed emissions testing standards while ensuring maximum exhaust flow. Constructed from 3-inch T304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing, every component is built for long-lasting durability and superior resistance to rust and corrosion.
A resonated midpipe section, combined with sound reflection chamber technology and high-density fiberglass wool packing, provides a refined and sporty exhaust note—deep and aggressive under acceleration, yet unobtrusive and comfortable inside the cabin.
The system incorporates precision TIG-welded joints, T316 stainless steel CNC-machined V-band flanges, and Clampco® locking v-band clamps to guarantee a secure, leak-free installation every time. A 4-inch corrugated stainless steel flex section with inner interlock allows for proper engine movement without stressing factory rubber mounts.
Finishing touches include straight-through muffler design for reduced back pressure, and 4-inch slash-cut polished exhaust tips engraved with the Unitronic logo (with optional black tips available).
