Description
The Unitronic Performance Downpipes for the 2020+ C8 Audi RS 6 and RS 7 equipped with the 4.0TFSI EA825 (DJPB) engine are precision-engineered direct bolt-on upgrades. These downpipes are designed to eliminate restrictions in the factory downpipes, reduce turbo lag, and enhance the exhaust note, all while maintaining OEM fitment.
Unitronic partnered with Global Emissions Systems Inc (GESi) to integrate dual 6” 400cpsi ultra high output catalytic converters (GESi G-Sport UHOX). Rated for up to 1200HP, these converters provide exceptional flow, optimal temperature management, and improved emissions compliance. Post-cat, the downpipes transition from 6” to 4.5” T304 stainless steel tubing, terminating at factory 3-bolt mid-pipe flanges for seamless installation.
When combined with Unitronic Stage 2 Performance Software and supporting bolt-on upgrades, these Performance Downpipes help increase output by up to +219HP / +166LB-FT, yielding a maximum of 819HP / 760LB-FT. Unitronic rigorously validates all products on the road, track, and dyno to ensure superior reliability and performance.
