This direct OEM replacement package combines a high-capacity intercooler with a complete set of upgraded charge pipes and silicone hoses, eliminating bottlenecks from the turbocharger to the engine.
At the heart of the kit is a massive 23.5" x 2" x 16.5" bar-and-plate intercooler core crafted from T5052 aluminum, paired with T6061 cast aluminum end tanks featuring a proprietary internal fin and louver configuration. The included lightweight aluminum charge pipes feature a smooth 60mm internal diameter, wrinkle black powder coating, and integrated provisions for water/meth injection and MAP sensors. Multi-ply reinforced silicone hoses with fluorolined inner layers ensure durability and resistance to oil penetration.
Together, these upgrades drastically reduce charge air temperatures, resist heat-soak under extreme conditions, and provide consistent, dense airflow to support high-performance driving both on the street and track.
