Building on the success of the proven TTE580VTG, this upgrade features a larger compressor and enhanced turbine design to offer greater air flow and higher power potential, while maintaining the quick spool characteristics thanks to the Variable Turbine Geometry (VTG) technology. The TTE6XX turbocharger offers significant power gains, with proven results of 500whp and 471lb-ft of torque on a stock car with an aftermarket cat-back exhaust system, using 91 octane (95 RON) fuel, WMI, and 1.6 bar of boost.

The upgrade includes a TTE Billet Milled Compressor (7+7 Blade, 60mm Inlet), which has been engineered for increased airflow and enhanced performance. Paired with a TTE High-Flow Low-Mass 9-Blade Turbine (54mm Outlet), this setup ensures not only faster spool times but also improved high-end power delivery.

Precision Balancing for Durability and Performance
Balancing is a critical factor in ensuring both longevity and performance. Each TTE turbocharger undergoes a meticulous process of balancing to achieve the highest standards. The parts are initially balanced at slow speeds (up to 2800 RPM) using a single parts machine. After assembly, the CHRA is dynamically balanced up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using the in-house VSR machine to achieve perfect equilibrium. This ensures superior performance and acoustics. A serial-numbered balance test document is provided with each turbocharger.
