Engineered for Superior Performance
The TTE1300 turbochargers feature a custom-machined billet compressor wheel with extended tip technology, ensuring greater efficiency and airflow. The compressor housing is precisely milled to match the upgraded wheel, maximizing performance while maintaining durability. The turbines are replaced with an exclusive 9-blade lightweight design, improving gas flow, reducing backpressure, and lowering exhaust gas temperatures—resulting in faster spool times and improved boost response.
Advanced Balancing for Maximum Efficiency
Every TTE1300 turbocharger undergoes a rigorous balancing process to ensure optimal longevity and performance. The components are initially balanced at slow speeds of up to 2,800 RPM in multiple planes. Once assembled, the CHRA is dynamically balanced at speeds of up to 250,000 RPM using TTE’s in-house VSR machine. This precision balancing process ensures smoother operation, reduced wear, and exceptional reliability, surpassing OEM standards. Each turbocharger comes with a serial-numbered balance test result document.
