Improve the front suspension geometry, steering feel, straight-line stability, and cornering performance of your Subaru with the SuperPro Front Lower Inner Rearward Control Arm Caster Bushing Kit. Featuring a double-offset design, these performance bushings introduce additional positive caster into the front-end suspension geometry while providing a durable upgrade over conventional rubber bushings.
Control arm bushings form vital pivot and connection points between the core suspension components. SuperPro's offset bushing design introduces a small but significant increase in positive caster. This geometry change helps improve straight-line stability and tracking, allowing the vehicle to track straight and return toward center with less driver input.
Additional caster also provides dynamic camber gain as steering angle increases. As the steering wheel is turned and the suspension loads during cornering, the increased caster helps both wheels gain additional camber into the turn. This helps place more of the tire's contact patch on the road and helps resist the tire rolling onto its shoulder and compromising cornering grip.
The caster offset bushings also enhance steering weight and feel. The controlled increase in caster slightly weights the steering as it moves away from center, while the additional cornering grip provides greater feedback through the steering wheel.
