The ReFlex+ 0-10 Bar Pressure Sensor is a versatile pressure monitoring solution designed for accurately measuring fuel pressure, boost pressure, coolant pressure, oil pressure, and a wide range of other air and fluid pressures. Developed for use with the ReFlex+ system, this sensor provides reliable pressure data for performance applications where accurate, real-time pressure monitoring is essential.

Featuring a 0-10 bar measurement range, the sensor is well suited for high-performance automotive applications. It is equipped with a 2-pin DTM connector, allowing for a direct plug-and-play connection to the ReFlex+ harness for a straightforward installation.

When integrated with supported flash platforms, the pressure sensor can communicate through CANbus, allowing fuel pressure data to be supplied to both the ECU and the ReFlex+ system. This enables the pressure reading to be incorporated into engine management and monitoring strategies without requiring a separate standalone pressure monitoring system.

Each ReFlex+ system can support up to two ReFlex+ 0-10 Bar Pressure Sensors simultaneously, providing the flexibility to monitor multiple pressure sources. For example, one sensor can be used to monitor fuel pressure while a second sensor monitors boost, oil, coolant, or another fluid pressure.

Although commonly used for fuel-pressure monitoring, the ReFlex+ 0-10 Bar Pressure Sensor can be applied to a variety of automotive pressure-monitoring requirements, including:

The integrated 2-pin DTM connector is designed for direct connection to the ReFlex+ harness, simplifying wiring and installation. This plug-and-play configuration helps reduce installation complexity while providing a secure connection between the sensor and ReFlex+ system.

Installation Options

For convenient installation, the manufacturer recommends using a 3/8 Female to 3/8 Male SAE Quick Disconnect Adapter with a 1/8-inch NPT port when installing the pressure sensor on an ethanol sensor.

Alternatively, a 5/16 Female to 5/16 Male SAE Quick Disconnect Adapter with a 1/8-inch NPT port can be used when connecting to a factory fuel line.

These adapter options provide a practical way to integrate the pressure sensor into existing fuel-system plumbing while maintaining compatibility with the sensor's 1/8-inch NPT connection.
