The premium SOUL-designed 300-cell catalytic converters feature a custom precious metal catalyst coating and a triple metal matrix core for maximum efficiency and longevity.
Back-purged TIG welding using high-purity argon ensures proper weld penetration, strength, and long-term durability. Precision water-jet-cut brackets are manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of ±0.003 inches for exact alignment. Thick-gauge aluminum fixtures are used during welding as heat sinks to prevent warpage and maintain flawless component integrity.
