SFI 16.1 certified, this 5-point harness provides full driver restraint for racing applications, helping maintain proper seating position under high lateral, braking, and acceleration forces. It is designed for use in sanctioned motorsport where certified safety equipment is required.
A key feature of the Latch FX2 system is its integrated latch, link, and adjuster design, which creates a smaller and cleaner buckle package while simplifying lap belt adjustment. The oversized, color-contrasted release mechanism is engineered to improve visibility and ease of use, allowing for quick and safe driver exit when needed.
This configuration uses a hybrid webbing setup with 3-inch lap belts for load distribution and 2-inch upper shoulder belts for improved compatibility with head and neck restraint systems such as HANS or Hybrid devices. The system can be installed either as a bolt-in setup or wrapped around roll cage bars depending on vehicle configuration.
