Fitment & Maintenance Information
A precise, secure fit is essential for the effectiveness of your safety gear. The X-Large Carbon Drag Bandit is designed for a snug, stable fit within the 60cm to 64cm range to ensure the helmet and integrated head sock perform as intended during an impact. Following Snell Foundation guidelines, it is recommended to replace your racing helmet every five (5) years from the date of manufacture, as internal protective liners and fire-retardant materials can lose their effectiveness over time.
To maintain the premium carbon fiber finish, clean the shell using only a soft microfiber cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, waxes, or solvents, as these can damage the resin coating of the carbon fiber or compromise the fire-retardant properties of the head sock. Always store your helmet in the included bag in a cool, dry place between events.
