Description
The S&B Fuel Sending Unit is designed for 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 models equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. It is specifically designed for use with aftermarket external lift pumps and helps address fuel delivery issues that can occur when the fuel tank reaches approximately a 1/4 tank level.
Aftermarket lift pumps provide increased fuel flow to the diesel engine, but they can experience fuel supply issues as the tank level gets low. The S&B Sending Unit uses a Venturi Jet Pump powered by the aftermarket external lift pump to help keep the fuel reservoir full, allowing you to utilize more of the fuel in the tank while helping maintain a consistent fuel supply to the engine.
The S&B Fuel Sending Unit is completely plug and play and does not require modification to the OEM fuel tank or OEM fuel sending unit.

Drive to Empty – No More Low Fuel Level Issues
The S&B Sending Unit uses a Venturi Jet Pump powered by your aftermarket external lift pump to keep the reservoir full, even with extremely low fuel levels in the tank. Maintaining a full reservoir helps ensure fuel is available to your engine and helps prevent low-fuel-level fuel supply issues and associated check engine lights.
Plug and Play Design
The S&B Fuel Sending Unit is designed to install without modifying your OEM fuel tank or OEM sending unit. This allows the original components to remain intact while providing a dedicated solution for vehicles equipped with aftermarket lift pumps.

For 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Crew Cab applications, the Short Bed configuration requires an S&B Tank, while the Long Bed configuration is designed for use with the OEM Tank.
