Description
The S&B Fuel Sending Unit is designed for 2011-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Crew Cab Short Bed models equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine and an OEM Tank. It is specifically designed for use with aftermarket external lift pumps.
Aftermarket lift pumps provide more fuel to the diesel engine but can experience fuel supply issues when the fuel level reaches approximately 1/4 tank. The S&B Sending Unit helps address this issue by using a Venturi Jet Pump powered by the aftermarket external lift pump to keep the fuel reservoir full, even with extremely low fuel levels in the tank.
This design allows you to drive closer to empty while maintaining fuel availability to the engine. The S&B Fuel Sending Unit is completely plug and play, with no need to modify the OEM fuel tank or OEM fuel sending unit.

Drive to Empty – No More Low Fuel Level Issues
The S&B Sending Unit uses a Venturi Jet Pump powered by your aftermarket external lift pump to keep the reservoir full, even with extremely low fuel levels in the tank. A full reservoir helps ensure fuel is available to the engine and helps prevent low-fuel-level fuel supply issues and associated check engine lights.
Plug and Play Design
The S&B Fuel Sending Unit is completely plug and play and does not require modification to the OEM fuel tank or OEM fuel sending unit. This allows the original OEM components to remain intact while providing a solution for vehicles equipped with aftermarket lift pumps.
