Developed as a direct replacement for the original intake hose and turbo inlet elbow, this kit is designed to improve the intake airflow characteristics while removing the factory noise resonators.
The replacement silicone intake pipe and CNC-machined turbo inlet adapter provide a smoother intake route, helping to increase airflow potential to the turbocharger. By eliminating the factory intake resonators, the kit also allows more of the natural turbocharger induction sound to be heard, delivering a more engaging and sporty driving experience.
Manufactured from durable 4-ply silicone, the intake hose is designed to withstand the demanding temperatures and conditions found within the engine bay. The precision CNC-machined turbo inlet adapter provides a secure and accurate connection, while the included hose clamps and inlet screws simplify installation.
For additional intake performance, the system can be paired with the Ramair PRORAM replacement panel filter (PPF-1787) or a compatible Ramair open-cone intake kit when available. This provides an easy path for further intake-system upgrades.
