Designed as a direct replacement for the factory intake hose and turbo inlet elbow, this kit provides a smoother and more efficient intake path while removing the factory-installed noise resonators.
The replacement silicone intake pipe and CNC-machined turbo inlet adapter are designed to improve the airflow characteristics of the factory intake system, helping reduce restrictions in the intake tract and allowing the turbocharger to breathe more efficiently. Removing the factory resonators also produces a more pronounced turbocharger induction sound, giving the vehicle a sportier and more engaging driving experience.
Constructed from high-quality 4-ply silicone, the intake hose provides excellent durability and resistance to the temperatures and pressures associated with the engine bay. The included CNC-machined turbo inlet adapter provides a precise connection to the turbocharger, while the supplied hose clamps and inlet screws make installation straightforward.
For additional intake-system upgrades, this kit can be paired with the Ramair PRORAM replacement panel filter (PPF-1787) or Ramair's compatible open-cone intake solution when available. This allows the intake system to be further optimized for improved airflow and performance.
